Boca Raton, Fla. (Dec. 31, 2012) – Intercontinental Warranty Services, Inc. (IWS), which offers after-market vehicle protection services to credit unions nationwide, has launched a new corporate website. The redesigned website offers simpler navigation, as well as faster access to key information and assistance. In tandem with its new corporate site for client credit unions and their members, IWS has installed state-of-the-art technology upgrades to its transactional website – IWSQuote, which also is easier to maneuver and more intuitive.

On IWS’ corporate site, credit unions, their members and visitors will find quick links to the features and benefits of products such as Vehicle Service Agreements (VSA), Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI), and Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP). They can also view the latest company news, educational articles, and learn more about the Company and its commitment to the credit union community. Another great feature is that credit union members can request a quote right from the home page.

James Hawk, President/CEO of IWS, says the website was created specifically for viewers’ convenience and ease of use.

IWS’ new corporate website is compatible with mobile browsers and makes use of social media channels such as Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn. There are also custom landing pages for clients using the Product Information Center (PIC). Designed as a result of customer feedback, the PIC offers a more efficient and effective method for offering IWS products.

The revamped site is one prong of a multifaceted technology initiative IWS has been implementing over the past several months. A second component, the Company’s IWSQuote Express transaction platform, also offers easier navigation and superior technology. This new site simplifies pricing, provides an improved interface and supports more browsers (including Google Chrome, IE7+, Mozilla Firefox and Safari), and is compatible with mobile devices.

Another example of the Company’s intensified focus on high-quality service and performance is IWS’ upgraded phone system, which was recently installed. The sophisticated  telephony platform has resulted in faster service and increased call reporting, thus increasing efficiency.

In June, the Company moved its corporate headquarters to the Arvida Corporate Park in Boca Raton, Fla. The office park’s infrastructure was developed to support large technology companies, such as SBC and IBM, and has ensured a dependable operating environment.
