Mike Leon

Michael Leon is Vice President of Sales of IWS. In this role, Michael is responsible for leading the sales organization, which includes account executives focused on developing our partnership with existing accounts as well as building a team of business development executives focused on growing IWS’ account base through deeper penetration in existing markets and geographic expansion.

Michael brings a hands-on sales leadership style and process-oriented sales approach focused on “changing the conversation” that fosters a consultative and collaborative engagement with existing and prospective clients.

Before joining IWS, Michael held sales leadership roles in the financial services and automotive aftermarket industries including Brinks Inc., Coinstar/Redbox, and Tenneco Automotive.

Michael earned his B.A. degree in Business Administration and Accounting at Augustana College.
