As administrator and obligor, IWS has complete control over the claims and underwriting policies and procedures. This allows IWS to ensure claims are adjudicated in a manner consistent with our mission statement, People first, products that work. IWS has served credit unions for more than 25 years with tested Vehicle Service Agreements (VSA), Mechanical Breakdown Insurance (MBI), Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP), Appearance Protection (RestoraGuard) and Auto Deductible Reimbursement (Auto Support+) programs designed for credit unions and their members. These are our only products, and we are dedicated to bringing our clients and their members the most comprehensive and innovative products in the industry.

A credit union member expects any partner referred by his or her credit union to provide service and value as he or she would receive from that institution. We have structured our organization and our coverage plans to meet that expectation with significant differences from other providers.
For example, IWS created a Member Services department designed to minimize member service issues caused by denial of a non-covered claim. This area is charged with acting promptly to find a solution in any case where there is confusion or a dispute. The staff will act as an “advocate for the member” to ensure the facts have been carefully reviewed from the member and credit union perspective.
