IWS began the Value Based Training (VBT) program to help clients become aware of their “p’s” and “q’s”: proficiencies and qualifications.
VBT contributes to the success of all credit union products via different learning techniques that demonstrate to management how commitment to a program can bring the results desired. It helps match the right products and processes to the task at hand. It also shows staff how to sell value over price and improves relationship selling skills.
In addition, VBT helps staff perfect their qualification, presenting, proposing and closing skills and shows management how they can benefit from our collecting specific data.
VBT modules include job aides such as Powerful Presentation Techniques, Meeting, Selling and Supervisory Skills, Customer Service Skills, Performance Based Leadership and Performance Consulting Data Collection Techniques.
