Product Information Center
The Product Information Center was developed from a prototype program that teams up credit unions that agree to refer their VSA sales prospects to our product specialist. Our team is composed of trained consultants who are knowledgeable and experienced with all aspects of our products. The IWS Product Information Center has assumed the role of VSA/MBI product specialists for the credit unions. Credit union employees do not have to be trained on the details of the program, enabling them to focus on the loan process and freeing up time for them to attend to the needs of other members.
