IWS appointed Michael Arena to Director of Call Center Operations in 2007. A senior member of the sales management team, his duties include providing leadership and operations management to the company’s two call centers: Sales and Member Services. Mike is responsible for directing IWS call center technology to serve the needs of our clients and their members. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stony Brook University.
