Leo has many years of sales experience with all levels of management in the private sector, as well as governmental agencies. He has a degree in education from Concord University, Athens, WV and completed his graduate work at West Virginia University. After a brief teaching career, he entered the international export business, later moving on to the credit union industry where he provided members with insurance products. This is Leo’s second experience working with IWS. |
