Jim Hawk is CEO and President of IWS (Intercontinental Warranty Services, Inc.). In this position, Jim is the Executive Manager of IWS nation wide business, including leading the company's management team in developing and implementing business strategy, structure and operational development, technology and sales and marketing. Prior to taking this position, he was Vice President of IWS. His focus is on business development, strategic relationships and the platform associated with credit union member sales and service. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. |
