My shop said I had a ball joint that was bad. The discovered it while replacing my struts and shock. He didn’t think the warranty would cover the ball joint being how it’s a wearable item. They did. Save me 300 dollars. So far I’m happy with IWS I bought from my credit union

Extended warranty companies/services have become a running joke in some circles, but the warranty that I purchased through IWS has been worth every penny that I paid for it. My contract is ending soon, but I was able to maximize its use, and the customer service was/is top-notch!

This is the first time I decided to include extended warranty for my car. The coverage was clearly explained and in my opinion the premium cost is but fair. I would say that was a wise decision to get one for peace of mind, you’ll never know, things happen no matter how much you takes care of you car.

I cannot say enough good about ISW. As a 2-time purchaser of an auto extended warranty from ISW, without a doubt they are the best. If you have a problem, its not a problem! When I presented my ISW card to the Ram service advisor, she smiled and said “Oh my god I love these guys, they are so easy to work with!” Don’t buy from your car dealer/manufacturer on the hard sell and an inflated price. Save your money avoid the stress.
